Hard rock is specifically designed for 3 players FFA (even though it's not perfectly symetrical). In regards to this game I think a good compromise would be to just lock it at random so that players have the opportunity to try all 3 races provided in this version. The only restrictions are for campaigns, the terran campaign is free, the zerg/toss campaigns are not. I'm not familiar with how sc2 does it because I own all the games, but I just looked it up and could not find any multiplayer or skirmish race choice restrictions, terran, zerg and toss are all playable. Would you rather have it like on SC2 F2P part, where everyone gets the exact same 1 race? Im hoping to try this out and get elves or humans, but if i dont then I wonder if I reinstall would I get a reroll?Įdit: Im aware that there is a $15 play all races pvp option, I just feel if you are going to force 1 race on the free version at least let the player have the choice.
